Eyeball Sugar Cookies!

These cookies are sure to scare your friends!!

Instructions

     Combine ingredients in mixer bowl until blended

     Shape into small balls and place on ungreaded cookie sheet
   • 3
     Beat egg white slightly with fork. Dip fork in egg white and lightly press cookie. Sprinkle with additional sugar. bake8 to 10 minutes at 350F

 

 

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 lrg. egg yolk (reserve white)

1 cup flour

 

 

After you make the cookies and they are cooled to make them eyeballs you have to take a  toothpick and dip it in red food coloring. Put it to the side. next you take another tooth pick and dip it in any color you want the pupil to be. Use that toothpick and gently put a circle in the middle.  dip it in the same color and fill in the circle. next use the red toothpick and from different points of the circle, make vanes. Let it dry and put a chocolate chip in the middle. I hope you like the spooky cookies!!
